This continues the fascinating series of studies on this tree which again I think reminds me of our native gum (eucalyptus).

Arbutus Trunk!! Yay!!!!

I think this is my favourite of this series. Really like the angle and lighting but the blue in the background on the left just makes it pop and gives such dimension! ;-)

@alla: yesterday my reply button seemed to have disappeared - luckily today it is back
actually I will be in TO on Tuesday & Wednesday! - but to do some work filmming
the rest of the trip is a bit more exciting - going to Vienna, Bonn and Berlin for work but it will still be fun!
